Testimonials

"I joined the BIPOC MPMH because Mental Health Health is a cause that's important to me and I wanted to integrate my love for culture and mental health advocacy through the lab. In addition, It's a great opportunity to expand my skills in research work - data organization, literature reviews and more. " - Student Researcher
"As a student from a minoritized community, the lab has given me the ability to bring our issues to light through meaningful research and real-life applied practice" - Graduate Research Student
"When one of my professors mentioned this lab in particular, I was intrigued and decided that it would be a great opportunity for me to not only learn more about the research process behind psychology, but also allow me to be a part of something that could help bring awareness to the hardships that POC students face often. I feel that this lab has accomplished both of those things, and I am grateful to be a part of it" - Student Researcher
